dude--my baby!
i broke it!

no really.
i did somthin to my laptop!!


the power source will NOT connect.

i'm sittin on the recliner chair
(in cape may @ c+j's)
and go to put it on the floor for a min. to get something.
now ok,
i didn't have a great handle on it
and it kinda landed on the floor rather than be placed there.
but it honestly wasn't bad.
not like i smashed it down or anything.

besides which, my baby is resilient.
i'm just one of those people who are hard on their belongings.
sometimes its cuz i can be a little, er, clumsy at times.
but mostly, i have no idea.
just one of those unquiet "skills" i guess.
so anyway,
my love is quite the adaptive and tough one.

alright, so then i pick it back up,
and the little power plug is not 'catching.'
at this point though, if i hold it in place,
its still gettin' the job done.
i go wandering for some tape, not finding it.

i return to my beloved,
and the power source is not working at all.
no matter how i fiddle with it.
so i'm like "SHIT!" obviously.

there must have been some little piece that got dislodged,
and fucking disappeared.
my uncle and i both just looked everywhere,
crawlin around, feeling w/ our hands,
faces like 2 inches from the floor, checking crevices,
everything.

it went POOF.

my baby and i and the other one too (da wittle birdy)
are all very sad.
we're having separation anxiety already.


please keep us in your thoughts through this difficult time,
and pray that we shall find a cure soon!
