last (monday's) session...

started out--w/no shortage of apprehensiveness--
telling pat of my lovely "breakdown" the previous thu.

'what triggered it?' i don't know.
similar blah blah blah for a while.

'so, how did you get it to end finally?'
wellll, (*oh, shit, shit, shit, i'm thinking*), i was typing stuff on the computer the whole time,
phrases and stuff--
'to yourself or online?'
no, just to myself...

for the time being anyway.
but i actually keep a journal online.
and everything ends up there at some point.

it wasn't exactly premeditated,
but of course there was no way that was just gonna be passed over.

she started asking me questions about that,
which led to something else,
and then something else,
and we never got back to the original 'issue'.

quite the effective diversionary tactic it was, eh?
