getting a 'bandwith limit exceeded' message on tf

so i guess i'll post my pathetic little b/ps today here instead:

more teary-eyed-ness in therapy today. i've never been able to really let go and *cry* though w/d. of course, even in private, as of late, i instinctively fight back the seemingly ever-present tears. i dunno what i'm so scared of. and typically, i can't say i much care.
